Shipping Policy
We ship JIMIKI jewellery and accessories across India from Bengaluru using standard delivery. We work to dispatch your order as promptly as possible.
Dispatch & delivery estimates
- Dispatch: usually within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Standard delivery: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote locations: approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Timing depends on your PIN code, product availability, weather, local restrictions and delivery conditions. Ask us before ordering for a time-sensitive occasion.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping within India costs ₹69 for orders with a product subtotal of ₹599 or less. Shipping is free when the product subtotal is above ₹599, calculated before tier discounts. Product prices include applicable taxes.
Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, carries an additional ₹49 charge, including on orders eligible for free shipping. This means shipping plus COD costs ₹118 for orders of ₹599 or less, or ₹49 for orders above ₹599. The applicable total is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Address & tracking
Provide a complete address, PIN code and reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting; changes are subject to the order’s dispatch status. Use the order-status link in your confirmation or visit our tracking guide. Carrier tracking becomes available once assigned.
Delays & delivery issues
If your order is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or a delivery attempt fails, contact us with your order number. We will check the shipment and advise on the next steps. Do not send a parcel back without instructions.
For damaged, incorrect or missing items, keep the packaging and share clear photographs. Our Return & Exchange Policy explains the available support. Delivery estimates do not limit statutory consumer rights.
