Shopping & product information
Please review the product description, selected variant, measurements, quantity and price before ordering. Products and finishes differ; waterproof, hypoallergenic, material or warranty claims apply only where expressly stated for the individual item. Minor screen-related colour differences may occur, but this does not exclude remedies for materially misdescribed products.
Prices & payments
Product prices are displayed in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Standard India shipping is ₹69, with free shipping on product subtotals above ₹599 before tier discounts. COD, where available, costs an additional ₹49 even when shipping is free. These charges are shown at checkout. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Review the total before confirming payment.
Prices and offers can change for future orders. If an error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it rather than collect an additional amount without your consent.
Orders & delivery
Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Order confirmation records your purchase; dispatch and delivery updates follow as available. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you about a refund or an alternative only with your agreement.

Accounts & responsible use
Keep account access secure and do not share passwords or verification codes. Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent information or attempt unauthorised access. Contact us if you suspect an unauthorised order or account activity.
Content & privacy
JIMIKI branding, photographs and website content may not be reused commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Your rights & concerns
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or prevents you from seeking remedies through the competent consumer authorities or courts. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
For an unresolved issue, email support with the subject “Complaint” and include your order number and a description. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, in accordance with applicable requirements.
